Poetto is the most popular beach in Cagliari, Sardinia... I already fell in love the minute I step my foot in the white long sandy beach, clear water, odd-shaped cliff of Poeto. It was September 1998. I remember, since the begining of May, everybody skipped school, and you can find that everybody in Poetto.
To reach poetto, you simply have to take the P public busses from via roma or anywhere. I takes you along the poetto coast in just 20 minutes ride.
I went back there in 2006. Still pretty, more crowded especially on sunday summer day. Not to mention, the beach was perfect to spot beautiful crowds as well
We were just playing, enjoying the sun, and it was very relaxing.

camping in favone
On our way back to Sardinia, we set camp in a small gulf in Favone Corsica. Me, Antonio, and Davide found a small beach paradise just outside our camp
It was sunday afternoon, so it was family beach day... Still nice though, not very crowded but pretty
We enjoyed our private little beach, and camp there for the night

hidden kubu beach
After my diving trip in Tulamben on May 2010, I decided to find a spot to relax... So we found a hidden beach in south of Jimbaran Bay, Bali.
I went there with Piere, my best friend. We chill in the very humid balinese weather. Kubu beach was a perfect typical Jimbaran-Uluwatu beach. Golden sand, very soft, strong waves and current, just behind the clift.
It has a small pond on the other side
But the waves are more tempting to play with
We had fun playing with the waves and the strong current.

nearly dawn in calvi
Me, Antonio, and Davide went on a road trip to Corsica, France.
We arrived nearly dawn in coastal city of Calvi. North west of Corsica.
It was almost dark, but we didn't waste time to have a dip into the clear water and a pituresque landscape. After setting our camp, we went to the beach. Historical castle in our left, and mediteranean mountains on the other side... Magical!
We didn't realize we were the last beach crowd... Definitely a must revisit!

hot day in villasimius
Villasimius is one of the most famous beach in Sardinia. It's 2 hours drive to south east of Cagliari. The sands are very white, the water is crystal clear, very crowded in a hot summer day.... Not really my favorite though
I went there n 2006 with Antonio, looking for an umbrella in a very hot day... But the beach was very full exposed, there was not even a single tree..
It was fully packed very hot and crowded, mostly with family. Off course it was sunday in mid August... Not very much of beautiful people
So we decided to just chill out at the caffe, took some gelato

chillaxing in baia chia
Baia Chia is located in the south west of Sardinia, Italy. Just an hour away from Cagliari
It's one of my favorite beach. Crystal clear water, fine golden sands, very relaxing, cool crowds.... Beast beach for sunday afternoon chillaxing.
I went there with Antonio, one of my best Italian friend. He lives in Assemini, Cagliari
The water was quite chill compare to a tropical beach, but it was truly magical!
